So your big DATE is set, or hopefully you're working on nailing one down (yay!), and next you're checking off your big to-dos from the wedding day planning checklist - booking all your vendors of course! There are countless options, and you want to make sure you chose not only the best professionals out there, but also the right fit for you. Getting more information definitely won't hurt the process. I am all about expectations (communicating them, managing them, and meeting them for you), so here is a quick timeline of what you can expect from your wedding day photography experience if we end up working together!

step 1: contact me to see if I am available on your date


Once your date has officially been set, it's never too early to book your major vendors, including the photographer. Reach out first to make sure I am open on your date.

Step 2: discuss your big day


If I am available on your date, I will send you my pricing and packages. An in-person meeting, video chat, or phone call will then follow so we can go over all the questions. You might want to know more about my pricing package options or my photography in general. And I always want to know about your love story and your wedding day details, including your vision and expectations.

STEP 3: BOOK YOUR DATE


Your date will be secured after contract signing and receipt of deposit. At this point, I will send you a detailed wedding day photography guide to help with your planning process!

step 4: wedding day timeline and planning your photos


After you book me, we will keep in touch and you may want to contact me to bounce photography and/or general wedding questions and ideas (I love talking about and hearing plans of your day). Depending on your package and preferences, we may also hangout in the meantime for an engagement photo session. Once your wedding day itinerary is finalized, I ask that you share it with me prior to the wedding.

step 5: your big day is here!


Yay! This is what I live for! I will arrive to capture your story, with my excitement and equipment in tow, and I might be accompanied by my second shooter, (if included in your package booked). Laughter, happy tears and dancing will ensue as your beautiful memories are created before my eyes/lenses. I'll convert the magical moments into images that will tell you story just as it was that day.

step 6: your photos are delivered


After your big day, I will provide you with a preview of 20 photos within 10 days. I generally deliver around 400-600 professionally edited and curated final photos (this may vary based on package booked). The link to your full online gallery with all remaining images will be provided within a maximum of 8 weeks after your wedding (sometimes, the turnaround will be much quicker depending on the season :))! You will be able to download photos from your online gallery, save your favorites, and also order prints. And there you'll have it, your wedding day images as tokens of your memories to be revisited forever & always.
